The face behind the page my name is Mark stallard, Coaching has been my passion for more than 25 years. My journey began back in the late 80s with QCC, and since then I have dedicated my career to the sport of rowing and the incredible people who give it their all on the water.

I coach because rowing is in my blood. Working alongside determined, like-minded athletes continues to inspire me every day. Two decades as a full-time professional coach have given me a wealth of knowledge that I’m ready to pass on.

My coaching platform delivers support across every aspect of athlete and coach development, from technical skill and race preparation to programming and mentoring. Racing thrills me. Winning drives me. Excellence motivates me.
